Is Your Attic Up To Code?
In Dallas–Fort Worth, the Texas energy code sets a minimum of R-38 for attic insulation. Many existing homes were built to older standards, and what insulation they have has often settled or been damaged over the years.

Old insulation settles, gets packed down and can hold dust, moisture and pest droppings. Removing it gives us a clean attic floor to work from.
Air Seal
Insulation slows heat but doesn’t stop air. We seal gaps around wiring, plumbing, light fixtures and framing so cooled air stays in your home.
Re-Insulate to R-38
New Owens Corning® fiberglass is installed to an even depth across the whole attic, with depth markers so you can see the coverage.
Why Not Just Add More On Top?
